We worked with Preston and his nature of being patient while dealing with multiple decisin makers and not being in and out like others and was genuine and more thorough than I am with clients is why we chose him! Home vestors even called with slightly higher offer, but we enjoyed Preston so much and his demeanor that we rather sign with someone with rapport and trusted ans patient. Even after he signed he stayed addressing concerns in general and not even his responsibility like our setup afterwards and showed empathy towards the in-laws that had the property multiple generations. Dane is the individual that I dealt with at 5E Real Estate and he was wonderful !!! 5E had bought the house next to my mom several years ago and remodeled it and then sold it. I was able to watch all the work that was done there and saw what great quality of work they did. When my mom passed away after living 66 years in her house, it needed some updating before selling it. I contacted Dane. He made me a fair offer and was so very easy to work. It took me quite awhile to clear out her house and he worked with me on a closing date. He even gave me a 2 week leaseback, so that my brother and sister could close and still make their vacation plans. My brother was in town and able to meet Dane and liked him as much I did. I am so glad I sold my parent’s house ( the house I grew up in) to Dane and 5E. He was always kind and took into account my attachment to the our family home. Erik was absolutely amazing from begining to end despite not actually selling the house. All of the positive reviews we read were right on the mark about 5E Realestate. Not only did they show a genuine interest in the house, Erik listeed to the backstory on it, asked in depth questions, and explained the process as it is done in the respective field of similar businesses, and then how they do business. Due to legal issues tying the house up, we had to let them move on to other clients due to time constraints. If you have questions, not sure how the process works, want a smooth and stress free experience...we can not recommend 5E Realestate any more than this. If 10 stars were available, they would definately rate it!
